The Revolution auger filler is a terrific value for your spice application and is ideal for hand filling and automated flexible bag filling. You get precise servo motor auger control with powerful direct drive design. The Revolution has a full color touch screen operator interface, PLC based controls and non-proprietary electrical components. It easily adapts to a 5g to 5lb fill range, and offers an optional off-line static checkweigh feedback.

The 3600 is our most versatile auger filler for automated flexible bag filling. It has numerous options and configurations to match your spice application perfectly. It delivers precise filling cycle for maximum efficiency and minimal giveaway. The 3600 can be combined with a conveyor for automated filling of rigid containers.

Our Net Weigh Series combines the 3600 with a scale and conveyor to fill bulk bags and rigid containers up to 25 kg to an accuracy of +/- 0.25%.

Our rotary filler is the ideal high-speed answer for your high-volume spice application. By opening access to the base, turret and change parts, we made cleaning and changeovers faster and easier, and all changeovers can be done without tools. Servo drives used for the timing screw, star wheels and main turret allow set up to be done electronically.
