Multi-Axis Auger Fillers

Spee-Dee Multi-Axis Auger Fillers measure dry products into multiple packages at once. Product is delivered to the auger tooling from a common hopper. Each axis has its own servo motor to allow separate set up and to enable individual adjustment to compensate for head pressure variations. This keeps all lanes dispensing equally, and individual lanes can be inhibited for missing packages (no container/no fill). These fillers can easily interface with stick pack VFFS machines, multi-lane cup machines and conveyor lines. Custom center lines are available.

3600 Twin / Duplex Auger

Our most typical multi-axis filler which can fill two pouches at once on an automated pouch maker or two ridged containers at once.

3600 Twin Belted Drive

The belted drive allows for installations in low headroom applications

Octal Filling System

Typically integrated into an automated system to fill coffee or tea into cups or pods.

Dual Octal System

Fills 16 containers at a time. Shown with a cantilevered rollout stand.
